1. Koo Jackpot program, operated by Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (No. 849, 11th Main, 2nd Cross, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560008 U72900KA2015PTC084475), is a mechanism to distribute loyalty rewards (Koo Coins) or cash or brand vouchers to User(s) as rewards for actions that add value to the community or to the Koo platform. Koo Jackpot is not a game nor an online gaming service. The general guidelines for distribution of Koo Jackpot rewards are stated below. 
2. Capitalised terms not defined in these Koo Jackpot Terms have the same meaning as set out in the Koo Terms of Service. In order to avail Koo Jackpot you must have a communication address and must be located within the territory where the Koo Jackpot is offered. Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the Koo Jackpot program at any time without notice or reason or compensation.
3. Notwithstanding, anything else stated herein, please ensure that the territory you are situated in makes you eligible to access and avail Koo Jackpot rewards. The responsibility for ensuring such legal compliance is on you and in the event you are found ineligible Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to rescind, cancel or claw back any rewards due to this reason. 
4. The loyalty rewards (Koo Coins or cash or brand vouchers) are rewarded at the entire discretion of Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and can be canceled or withdrawn or rescinded at any time without any notice or assigning any reason. Unused or lapsed rewards do not constitute any legal obligation on the part of Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to pay any compensation or equivalent. 
5. The value of the Koo Jackpot and any rewards is determined solely by Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and can be changed or canclled or at any time without prior notice. 
6. Koo Jackpot is subject to the Koo Terms of Service, Koo Community Guidelines, Koo Coins Terms & Conditions & Koo Privacy Policy. Please note that Koo Coins may lapse or expire or be withdrawn at any time without notice or reason or compensation.
7. Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or discontinue or withdraw rewards and/or bar a user who circumvents, removes, degrades, deactivates, or thwarts the Koo Jackpot or uses any robot, spider, scraper, or other means to access the Koo Jackpot. 
8. Users agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, and disassemble any software or other products or processes associated with the Jackpot. Users agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Koo Jackpot. 
9. Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may terminate or restrict use of Service or Koo Jackpot if a user violates these terms and conditions or are engaged in any illegal or fraudulent or unethical or unwarranted or otherwise malicious use of our Service or Koo Jackpot. At its entire discretion Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may report any such conduct to law enforcement agencies.
10. Koo Coins are distributed for a single action or a mix of the following actions. A user who is consistent in performing these actions is allocated higher rewards
    1. Registering as a user on Koo and completing profile details 
    2. Spending X mins every day on the Koo App (x is a dynamic function and changes based on business metrics during a period of time) 
    3. Creating content which creates engagement
    4. Interactions with other creator leading to higher levels of engagement
    5. Engagement with Ads leading to higher ad viewership or downloads as per business requirement

Distribution of Koo Coins is subject to the Koo Coins Terms & Conditions and any Koo Coins may be withdrawn, lapsed or rescinded at any time without any notice or assigning any reason. 

1. Cash distribution is based on the following principles
   1. New Users and users who are not consistent in the actions highlighted in A receive the lowest proportion and denomination of cash
   2. Users who are consistent in their engagement receive a higher proportion and higher denominations of cash.  Engagement is measured as a mix of time spent, reactions, ad watch, posts, engagement with other creators, engagement of their own content, time of day, day of week and day in month. 

Any money transfers are subject to the payment cycles and timelines as determined by Bombinate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in its entire discretion and its partners and are subject to change without notice.

1. Brand vouchers are distributed on the following principles
   1. The most valuable vouchers (as determined by Koo) are given higher priority in distribution
   2. Users can not be rewarded the same brand voucher on two consecutive days. If a user has won all brand vouchers, fall back is Koo Coins.
   3. All users must be rewarded. Better luck next time is shown only in case of a technical failure.
